Welcome to the Lovirian shop.

We are delighted to assist anyone who loves natural products. Also, assisting for finding the right soaps or products to better suit to your skin.
Our goal is to deliver the best products, services & satisfaction to all buyers. We hope that the buyers will feel enjoyable and come to visit us more than once.

PAYMENT: We accept the payment via PayPal. Also, any credit cards can be accepted via Paypal although you don't have the Paypal account.

Payment should generally be made within 2 days after the purchase. If you are having any difficulty with payment, please contact us and we will try to assist you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: We will ship within 3 business days after the cleared payment.
We deliver the shipment via Thailand Post Office. It is the International Standard Registered Air Mail. A tracking number is provided. And insurance is included.

The shipment takes approximately 7-21 business days to be reached to the buyers. The duration is depend upon on the destination.

The shipment is well wrapped to protect damaged or broken products.

Combined Shipping: We offer the combined shipping. Normally the shipping rate is the Flat rate per piece (same rate for each region) as below. And then the combined shipping fee is per additional piece as follow:

North America, South America, and Canada: 1st piece = $US 6.37. 2nd piece or more = $US 2 per additional piece.
Europe: 1st piece = $US 5.70. 2nd piece or more = $US 1.67 per additional piece.
Australia, New Zealand, and Russia: 1st piece = $US 5.70. 2nd piece or more = $US 1.67 per additional piece.
Africa: 1st piece = $US 5.70. 2nd piece or more = $US 1.67 per additional piece.
Asia and Middle East: 1st piece = $US 4.97. 2nd piece or more = $US 1.34 per additional piece.
Thailand: 1st piece = $US 1.67. 2nd piece or more = No additional fee.

All shipments can be tracked at http://track.thailandpost.co.th/trackinternet/Default.aspx?lang=en. Besides when the shipment is reached at the country’s buyer. The buyer can also trace this shipment at his/her Post Office’s website.

TAXES: In case there are applicable taxes, buyers will be responsible of them.

REFUND POLICY: Please let us know within 30 days after receiving the products. We will give the full refund (the product price + shipping fee). Please be noted that the Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping charge.
